To Alchemize Your Emotions:

  1. Recognize the Emotion – You stop avoiding. You feel. You name what is true in your body. This is the first step in returning to yourself.

  2. Approve of it – You give your emotions permission to exist without judgment. You soften your nervous system and create space for them to flow.

  3. Move it – Through breath, touch, sound, or any way that feels authentic, you release the energy trapped within the emotion. You let it move through you.

  4. Reveal the Desire – Beneath every emotion lies a deeper longing—a desire for freedom, connection, safety, or expression. When the emotion is liberated, the desire emerges.

  5. Channel the Energy – With the liberated energy of your emotion, you move toward your desire, not from force, but from alignment with your truth.

This work is not about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. It is a deep, embodied practice of integration, liberation, and creation. You no longer move through life reacting or suppressing. You learn to create from a place of clarity and power, rooted in your deepest truth.

Every emotion you feel is sacred. Every emotion has something powerful to show you.

And when you allow yourself to honor that, you step into your full potential.

A bit of a pulp narrative

 My life got really out of balance. I got to several points of having no money, very little daily movement (only short walks with Deena), almost zero socializing, an incredibly significant amount of weight gain (it jumped up when I quit smoking, and has stayed up because my body is so out of balance). So much was stagnant. I was trying to push something forward that just wasn't moving, and I kept doubling down on pushing which just doubled my devastation that it wasn't moving. So then I moved 7/20-8/9 - Break for Colorado. 1st sit in Denver. Got my ass to Colorado. Gave me 3 weeks to hunt for jobs. Found the job title I wanted to go after. Hunted places to live until I realized I wasn't ready to settle somewhere yet.  8/9-8/14 - Trusting in the Trees. 2nd sit in Woodland Park (Colorado Springs, up the mountain).
